Orders placed on Sundays are processed on Monday.

Courier Partners

We use Shiprocket as our shipping gateway.
Based on your delivery location and service availability, Shiprocket may assign your shipment to one of the following courier partners:

  • Delhivery

  • Bluedart (serviceable pincodes only)

  • XpressBees

  • Shadowfax

(Courier partner allocation depends on coverage, availability, and serviceability for your location.)

Inspecting Deliveries

If the delivered package appears damaged, tampered with, or not in good condition, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately:

Please include your order reference number so we can assist you promptly.
We will arrange a replacement at the earliest.

Shipping Time / Delivery Time

We aim for a delivery time of 2–5 days anywhere in India, but this may vary depending on:

  • Courier partner operations

  • Transit routes

  • Local logistics conditions

  • External or unforeseen delays

Shipments created earlier in the day are often picked up same day, while others may be picked up on the next business day.

Please plan your order with sufficient delivery time instead of relying on last-minute requirements.
