Return Authorization (RMA Required)

Items cannot be returned without prior approval.
Customers must obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) before sending any product back.

How to Request an RMA

To initiate a return, please email us with the following details:

  • Order Number

  • Reason for Return

  • Photos or supporting evidence (if applicable)

Once reviewed, we will provide you with an RMA number and return instructions.

Return Shipping

  • All return shipments are the customer’s responsibility, including cost and risk.

  • Items must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

Return Eligibility & Time Window

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Returns are not accepted for the following categories once opened or used:

  • Software

  • Custom-made or specially constructed items

  • RoHS-certified materials

  • Static-sensitive or moisture-sensitive components (if packaging/seal is opened)

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • With all accessories and packaging intact

Restocking Fee

Unwanted or incorrectly ordered items may incur a:

  • 30% restocking fee

  • Minimum charge: ₹500

This fee applies unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refund Approval & Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing typically takes 10–12 business days after inspection.

  • If the product shows signs of misuse, alteration, soldering, or damage, the return may be declined and the item sent back.
